The basic idea is really cool - to unload thousands of office workers, who from day to day are forced to do monotonous work, and do it by hand. For example, the Technical Support Service can respond to the same question about 70-320 times per day, send technical documentation 8 to 25 times each day and answer questions 80% of which are standard (and are explained in detail in the FAQ ).
It should be recognized that the ability to delegate all this is very tempting. It is assumed that the chatbots will help manage sms-newsletters, online chat rooms and even Telegram correspondence. We are assured that very soon these smart programs will be able to assign us a meeting, or will give us advice on choosing the right pair of shoes.
By the way, how many times have you left online chat rooms of various sites without receiving an answer to your question? Personally, I have many times. That is why I want to believe that the idea will be embodied in the best possible way. However, I will be frank - all that we have seen earlier in this area was very poorly made and even "clumsy".
What do you think, will the promised prospects become a reality or is it just another PR move, in order to be talked about?
